My Mother in law told that my husband (her 3rd boy) was on her lap longest. As is with most 3rd children there are less pictures of him and same with both my parents being 3rd children also. I now GET IT. I hold Carter and carry him around so much more than the other two boys & he is so many less photos than they have been in BUT pictures really show nothing. I know I know a photographer saying that... it is unheard of. What I mean to say is pictures do not depict reality. So I am on a mission to include Carter in more pictures. There are so many sweet moments with him during the day. Moments that I think I am going to remember forever, I'd bet you a pretty penny I'll remember forever but I won't. I'll forget and they will fade just like Wesley's baby memories have and just like Cole toddler years have replaced his baby years. We don't want it to happen but it does. SO I will do what I do best & document them... or try to document them more.
Pretty much every morning when I get Carter out of bed he shows me outside and out his window. There is a whole world out there he likes to watch. It is something so sweet and something unique to him & so precious. So today I grabbed my camera and document his sweet little self in the crib showing me his world :). (and I dream of the day when my camera will give me what the results i want at low light until then I'll keep snapping because it is better than having nothing.)
