A trip home.

I should have blogged my trip up to Redding awhile ago... I've just been busy. I took a few extra days off and spent time with Levi and Wesley during spring break. Then we went up to Redding to see Jeff before he moves to Hawaii. It was a great trip. I got see my friends a few times and almost all of my family (all my cousins too WHOOH) Usually trips are either friend trips or family trips... this was both and it was great. One of my favorite days was taking the kids to the park. My friend April and her fiance Ben came a long. Betsey brought the girls and my parents stopped by to join in on the fun. I love watching the kids play together. Wesley and Molly were so funny. Wesley wanted to Molly around and wanted to make sure she had enough gold fish crackers... he'd steal from Grace if needed. They has a blast on the tire swing together. Wesley and Grace were swinging by themselves for just a minute until Wesley insisted that Molly be put back on the swing:). Also the funny thing is the whole first year she was about double his size, now they are exactly the same height and weight. I love having a good friend with a kid sooo close in age (only 3 days difference).

It was also great to see Jeff and Wesley play together. Jeff was a favorite on this trip for sure!! He still is asking about him. Little does he know how far away he really is! We haven't seen Jeff is like 6 months so it was so nice to talk face to face. Shea was also a favorite. Maybe even a mini crush brewing. He kept giving her googely eyes:).
